SHIRLEY STEPHENSON HOLMES.. loving wife to the late Gordon Holmes, much loved mother of Stephen, Cheryl and Lisa. Loving grandmother of Jordan, Kirsty, Jade, Joshua, Rhys, Emily and Jamie, Thomas And Kendall.
Sadly and unexpectadly my mother was sent to heaven a very short time after beig diagnosed with cancer and emphasemia. She was so brave right to the very end.
She was such a kind, loving and caring person and is sadly missed by many.
Grandmother to 9 children but sadly Thomas and Kendall didnt get the chance to meet her, know her and love her like the rest of us. She will be watching over her family and friends and would be so proud of our achievments in life. She also loved golf..hence the theme..she was a great golfer and was made captain but didnt get to see it through.

Hiya Mum...we all had a nice Christmas but so wished you was there, I just imagined pulling up outside your house when you put your xmas tree up it made me smile. You always forgot to get cranberry sauce for me for xmas dinner and aleays asked if i wanted xmas pudding n u know i dont like it. Remember when you asked me to ask Georges mum if she wanted mackeral for starters ha ha.
I asked Thomas what he wanted Father Christmas to bring him, he said Grandma sky / star...awwww i wish. Its new years eve, we have booked to stay in Carlisle in a hotel for 2 nights, Kirsty is coming too. Love n miss you loads mum, hate being without you xxxxxx
Hello Mum..We went to puddletown pirates on Halloween all the kids loved it, Jamie won 2nd prize for the best dressed and Emily won a competition. We all had a good time. Kirtsy was in the ball pool n went down the slide..Lexie and Corey were good too.
I need some goos luck for friday mum so i hooe you are watching over us i know you will be...i will let you know how we get on. I havent had a cigarette for 4 years from today, i did it for you. Its Dads anniversary of his passing tomorrow, i will go up to the crematorium, tell him i love him too. I am going now will speak to you soon love you loads..love Lisa xxx
Hiya Mum...we are all going to puddletown pirates on Saturday for halloween, i think the kids will love it. I know you would have loved to come, remember when we went to Botany bay. Jade has been looking or some pink stripey tights for her outfit and Kirsty is going out dressed as a witch all dressed in red. Thomas n Kendall have got a pumpkin outfit, Emily an orange witch and Jamie is dressing up as Dracula...take care mum love you loads will let you know how it goes although i know you are with us xxxxxxxxx

Hiya mum...i have sent Thomas n Kendall forms off to start at Feniscowles school :) Do you remember when we got confirmation to say that Emily had got in, i was so excited, i thought she will be able to wave to you from her class room, but then we found out you was ill n you didnt get to see her 1st day.
Emily started in the school choir yesterday, she will be singing in the Cathedral!! Lots of love kisses n hugs Mum.....XXXXXXXXXXXX
Hiya Mum...just to let you know i miss you with all my heart. Thomas Corey n Kendall Stephenson are loving nursery, they have been there 2 weeks now. They kiss your photo at nights and even though you have never met them they know who you are and say Grandma. Emily n Jamie are doing really well at school and they have lit a candle for you and wrote the message themselves :)
Kirsty misses you too you would be so proud of her as she has 2 lovely children Lexie n Corey. Any way mum will talk to you again...loving you lots and lots xx

Just to let u know u would be so proud of us all, we have all passed our driving tests and have cars. I have 2 kids now, Lexie and Corey. U would love them! Mum has had twins! Thomas and kendall there 3 now, they go to feniscowles nursery with my little girl lexie :).Emily still carries the scooby teddy u bought her.. it is absolutely filthy ha ha.
